About Us
For years, Gloria “Glo” Pearon has been a realtor in Northern Virginia and Sarasota, Florida. As a realtor, she most enjoyed dealing with first-time home buyers who may just be moving out of their parents’ house and people who wanted or needed to sell a house quickly, which frequently happened around the Metro DC area. Most of these buyers and sellers had limited understanding of their options, and providing them with solutions was amazingly rewarding!
Out of that experience came the desire to start a real estate investment company. Glo has seen many instances where homeowners came to her, as a realtor, wanting to sell a house, but the house needed significant repairs, and selling the home without a realtor was a viable option.
